Calzone


1 package Jiffy pizza crust
5oz spinach, thawed & drained
8oz part skim ricotta cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Make dough according to box directions.

Combine spinach, ricotta & parm cheese in a bowl. Spoon mixture onto rolled out dough. Wet edges of dough & fold over, sealing the calzone. Bake at 400 for 30-35 mins, until golden brown.
