Meatloaf Muffins

1lb ground turkey (or beef)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
a few tablespoons of ketchup
1/2 cup water

Mix ingredients in bowl & form into 12 balls.

Spray muffin tin with non stick spray.

Bake at 350 for 35 mins.

1 muffin is 2 pts.
